Before you can be able to appeal for an account that is banned or suspended, you will need to wait after 10 working days from the day you see the message you can’t use PayPal anymore. To appeal follow the below steps:
- Login into your PayPal dashboard and goto “Resolution center”.
- Tap on “Report a problem”.
- From the menu option select “closed cases” .
- Check for the claim you want to appeal.
- Tap on “Appeal”.
Alternatively, you can as well forward your appeal message to PayPal through this Gmail address executiveoffice@paypal.com in the body of your message tell them what you violate, specify your Gmail associated with your account. PayPal will respond with solution on how to go about it.
